the staff was very helpful i appreciated that they helped with parking our car they drove with us to the spot i also found them attentive during breakfast service it was quick and delicious
the room smelled strongly of bleach i complained to the receptionist she said it was because they clean i had to open the windows for hours to improve the air it was not clean the window was dirty

the location was perfect, steps away from everything (i really mean it). the staff was friendly and ready to help with questions about the area. breakfast had a good selection, the eggs were cooked perfectly.
The dark corridors were a bit off-putting. More lighting would greatly improve this.

I spotted some spider webs on the roof in my room. This was the only issue. The facilities are generally okay.

I appreciated that the hotel allowed bikes to be stored inside. The breakfast was wonderful. It included a large selection and tasted fresh. I liked the location, next to many attractions. It made sightseeing simple. I was permitted to check in early, which helped a great deal with my travel plans. It was useful.
The triple room did not look like the photos. It needed a fresh start.
